Obesity is one of the leading causes of cardiovascular diseases in human beings. The statistics by the CDC indicate that the United States obesity prevalence was 41.9% in 2017 - March 2020. From 1999-2000 through 2017 to March 2020, US obesity prevalence increased from 30.5% to 41.9%. During the same time, the prevalence of severe obesity increased from 4.7% to 9.2%. This indicates there is a need for farmers to produce more bodybuilding foods that aid in weight loss and muscle gain. One of these foods which are easily produced is poultry eggs. Starting a small egg farm business is not an expensive venture and serves the community by aiding in weight loss and muscle gain via continuous exercise. It is however important to highlight that without continuous exercise, having a egg based diet will not result in muscle gain and weight loss. Bodybuilding is an ongoing process and must be viewed on a long-term basis. Therefore both diet and exercise have to be ongoing.
